Access by public road, easy air access is available for helicopters and direct access by boat from the navigable River Shannon.
By public road, from Carrick-on-Shannon (Bridge) take the Sligo Road (N4)drive for 2,6 km, here turn right in the -old N4- and immediatly take sharp right.
Drive on the road for ca 1 km ignoring side roads, pass a big iron gate and you see the Farmhouse.
By boat the access is from the river Boyle.
