Shannnon waterways

Drumharlowlake or Lough Eidin and Boyle River forms part of the main Shannon navigation.
From the mooring space, there is direct access by boat into the extensive all Ireland waterway system. This is being developed so that canals, rivers, lakes can be navigated
in such a way that the Lough Erne Waterways are connected to Limerick, to Dublin and to Waterford, to name but some of the locations that will be interconnected. (see the map)

The property allows direct access into all of these all Ireland Waterways.



Fishing

Carrick-on-Shannon is acknowledged as an Anglers Paradise,and has hosted National and International Fishing Competitions.
Within a 10 km radius of the town are no fewer than 41 lakes, all of which are
easily accessible. Catchwise expect excellent Roach, Bream,Rudd,Tench,Pike, Perch, Eel or Trout.
